Dinner at Big Jud's

There is a Diner in Ashton that has these dinner-plate-sized hamburgers and fresh cut fries. We decided to take a road trip last weekend. The kids loved the big hamburger...one burger fed me and the kids, with one slice to spare. It was monsterous! People come in to take the Big Jud's challenge, which includes the huge burger, large fries and a drink. The record for fastest time was 2 minutes 25 seconds. Can you even imagine?

On a side note: Jacob was walking through the field and didn't see a big weed sticking up out of the ground. It poked him in the eye with enough force to injure him. He had blood in the colored part of the eye that had pooled almost up to the pupil. This is more dangerous than if there is blood in the white part of the eye. So we had him rest and patched it and within 48 hours all of the blood was gone. What a relief...kids! They are always getting into mischief.
