Jessee Joye

Our little angel! She has been the highlight of our life. It has been fun having a baby around when we didn't for so long. She is so much like Jacob in her mannerisms and the way she thinks. They are both very analytical already...always trying to figure things out. You can see it in their faces when they think, "I wonder what would happen if I do this? Or, I wonder how this would work?" Especially if it is something naughty, because they get a little smirk on their faces right before they do it! They really are little clones of each other and Jeff! Jessee has such a fun personality...I would be bored to tears if I didn't have her around everyday! She loves to put on things that make her look pretty...bracelets, headbands, necklaces, hats. I showed her how she looked in the mirror one day and she knows exactly when she looks pretty. She has become a very picky eater and will spit at almost anything I put near her mouth. The few exceptions are, cereal, yogurt, bananas, fruit snacks...oh and anything that has sugar in it. She has a radar for sugar and soda! Don't ask me how, but she knows. She just turned one on Jan. 2nd, which is just in time for the new arrival.
